Beyond that, if our laser says it’s safe, we’re game. Want something a little different? Then 3D printed items may be the thing for you.
Whether you need an item for yourself, employees, your bffs wedding party, the kids soccer team you coach, or a gaggle of grandkids…we welcome custom orders in every size.
Step 1: You Submit a request that includes as much information as possible, and pay a non-refundable “Custom Order Deposit.”. This will allow us to pull items out of inventory, and to get started on your item.
Step 2: We Reach Out – We'll contact you to discuss your request, vision, colors, placement, etc., then we will send you an estimate. Once you’ve trusted us with the details, sit back, relax, and let us work our magic!
Step 3: Approval and Final Payment – Once we have a design mocked up, we will send it to you (via email) for approval. You approve the design (or provide changes) and pay the balance of your invoice. Note: If we’re unable to contact you or the remaining balance isn’t paid after multiple follow-ups, your order may be canceled so someone else can have the opportunity to purchase the item.
Step 4: We Get to Work – We fire up the laser, preheat the 3D Printer, and bring the design to life.
During your conversation, we’ll confirm the due date for your order. After that, there’s no need to check in — we’ll keep you updated along the way. Extra emails can actually slow us down, and we want to focus on delivering your order right on time.
Once you’ve approved the design, it’s locked in so we can move forward smoothly. Don’t worry — we’ll send you progress updates as your order takes shape.
Details matter! Please provide a clear list or roster with all the details we need (for example: Celeste, #14, Power Forward). This ensures everything is spelled correctly and included exactly as you want it.
